I think you're being spoiled out there on the east coast. Here in Ottawa, the wait tops 2 years for some sub-specialties of orthopedics. Perhaps I can get my knee done before I am too old, fat, and outta shape to consider a return to ball hockey (or any other activity that requires the ability to move at a rate faster than a brisk walk or to perform lateral movement)!
